Child Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in becoming a "Child Sponsor." By becoming a "Child Sponsor," you are committing to a monthly pledge of $40 that will help provide a child with such things as nutritious food, clean water, a home, health care, education, and spiritual nurturing and training. Becoming A Child Sponsor

There are a couple of ways that you can submit your tax deductible monthly sponsorship pledge.

1. You can mail checks/money orders directly to us. If you are going to be mailing in a check/money order, you must go to and complete the "Child Sponsorship Registration Form" first. After you have completed the registration form you can start sending in your monthly pledge by the first of the month. Make check/money order payable to "Maximum Impact Ministries". Note it for "Child Sponsorship" and address it to:

2. You can also submit your monthly pledge using a credit card or electronic check by clicking on the "Payment Plan" button below. This will register you to have your monthly pledge automatically deducted every month from your credit card. Choose the button that is appropriate for how many children you wish to sponsor.
