Pastor Abraham John was born in India to Christian parents in Kerala, the palm fringed state of India. Abraham is married to Tahnya and they have three children, Rachel, Joshua and Renee. He responded to God's call to ministry when he was eighteen years old and started preaching the gospel throughout India. He completed his Bachelors of Theology at Grace Bible College in 1993 and has also completed a two year program in Biblical Studies from Word to the World Bible College in Denver, Colorado in 1998. He has traveled all over India preaching the Gospel and His vision is to proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom in India and Southeast Asia. In 1998 he founded Maximum Impact Ministries, which is extensively and aggressively involved in church planting and has helped pioneer nearly 100 churches in 7 states of India. Besides preaching the gospel and church planting among un-reached people groups; he has developed and conducted leadership and discipleship training to equip and empower church leaders and bring growth and stability to the church. He has also hosted leadership conferences to encourage and strengthen leaders and bring unity to the church. He has a vision for Maximum Impact Ministries being a vehicle for meeting the social needs of the poor and disadvantaged of India and Southeast Asia. He has initiated ministry outreaches that have uplifted the poor and established and maintains orphanages, as well as schools.
